Musa is a Greek word and Moses is described as a prophet according to Quran and Bible. He was born in the 1400 BCE in the kingdom of Egypt. His nationality was Israelite and he was also called Moshe. His father was Armaan and mother was Jockeyed. He is the most important prophet in Islam and Christianity for having a blind faith in Allah or God. He was born in a time when the Israelites were enslaved in Egypt, Moses killed his slave master and fled to the Red Sea, the angel of God spoke to him there and God sent him back to his land Israel to deliver them from slavery.
The ten Commandments were given to Moses. He wandered in the desert for 40 years, he died on the mount Nebo as a legendary prophet. After God revealed him his name, he was chosen by God to bring people out of bondage. He accepted the command of God and succeeded after suffering many hardships and spiritual battles. He led his nation to the desert of Paran and It took him 40 years to led his nation out of idol worship. He died when he was 120 years old.

Moses also exists in the Hellenistic literature and Judaism. Several Churches also consider Moses as a saint including the Roman Catholic Church and Eastern orthodox Church.
