God’s mercy is for the all the human being, waiting to embrace when we are ready. Islam recognizes human tendencies to sin, for God has created man weak. At the same, God lets us know He forgives sins where the sins is big or small He forgive all the sin and convert sin into good deeds.

According to the Hadeeth of the Holy prophet Muhammad (SAW):

“But the best of those who constantly err are those who constantly repent .”( Al-Tirmidhi, Ibn Majah, Ahmed, Hakim)

Allah says in the Holy Quran:

“Say,’O My servant ,Who have transgressed against their souls! Despair not of the Mercy of God: for God forgives all sins, for He is oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful.”(Quran 39:53)

God Accept repentance, God forgives all the sin that a person committed in their past life and God loves those who turn to Him constantly. The authority of forgiveness lies exclusively in the hands of God. Mercy is not related to forgiveness, Mercy also relates to the gratefulness of God. Even the glass of water we drink, even the food we eat and the fresh air we breathe that these are all manifestation of the Mercy of God. It,also gives the person the feeling of assurance that there is One who cares for me loves me and if I could be sinful or bad Allah cares and love me and has mercy on me. God is Delighted when the sinner Repent because he realizes he has Allah who forgives Sins, Gate of repentance is open day and night, the gate is open day and night according to Saheeh Muslim

“God extends His Hand at night to accept the repentance of one who has signed during the day, and He extends His Hand during the day to accept the repentance of one who has signed during the night-until[the day comes when] the sun rises from the West (one of the major signs of the Day of Judgment)”

God accepts repentance even if sins are repeated, God Show his loves and kindness to repent his siner individual.

The Prophet said:

“A man committed a sin, and then said, O my Lord , forgive my sins, ‘so God said, ‘My slave has sinned , then he realized that he has a Lord who can forgive sins and can punish him for it. ’Then the man repeated the sin, then said, ’O my lord, forgive my sin. ‘God said, ‘My slave has sinned, then he realized that he has a lord who can forgive sins and can punish him for it. ‘The man repeated the sin(the third time), then he said,O my lord, forgive my sins, ‘and God said, ‘My slave has sinned, then he realized that he has a Lord who can forgive his sins and can punish him for it. Do what you wish, for I have forgiven you”(Saheeh Muslim)
